Many thousands of journeys have been made with b_line cards without a hitch - saving 14 to 18-year-olds a small fortune on fares.

But we’ve heard from a very small number of cardholders who have been told by drivers that their b_line card isn't valid.

b_line has contracts with almost a hundred bus and train operators who between them employ thousands of drivers and conductors and, occasionally, you may meet one who is unsure of what your card is and means.

All the bus and train companies are determined to make sure that valid b_line cards are accepted by all their staff without any question - and they need your help.

So if you do find that your b_line card doesn't get you half fare we want to know about it.
