Accessibility

Accessibility is about making b_line available to as many people as possible, whatever their needs.

We aim for our website to meet the World Wide Web Consortium Accessbility Guidelines (version one) “Double-A” standard. This is currently the minimum standard for council websites.

b_line has been designed with this in mind and we ask all contributors to our website to follow guidelines in order to try to make content as accessible as possible.

Some parts of our website don't yet meet the standard and may not be fully accessible to all. While the majority of our online information is accessible we are aware and are working towards greater accessibility for some of our forms and services.
