Need a card?

Sometimes you should get a b_line card, but don't automatically receive one.

This could be because you:

• attend an independent school
• go to a college or school outside Derbyshire
• are educated at home
• are under 17 but no longer in full time education
• missed the b_line photography sessions in school/college

If this is you - you can fill in our b_line application form to get a card now.

Lost your card?

Don't panic - if you've lost or damaged your card you can get another one by sending us an application form.

You'll have to send us £5 too to cover the replacement charge. You need to send this along with your completed application form. Don't forget to tick the box for lost or damaged cards on the application form and send us a new photograph.
