Where can I use my b_line card to save money at shops?
There are over 750 shops and services who offer discounts to b_line cardholders.
You can find these on our website by clicking the discount link, and searching by A-Z or category.
You will also notice that some shops display b_line till wobblers, and if not, ask! You might find out they offer a discount and save some money.
I’ve lost my b_line card, how do I get a new one?
Don’t worry you can get a new one but it will cost £5 to replace.
All you need to do is fill in an application form. You can download (opens in a new window) the form from the b_line website, or we can send one out in the post if you send us your address by email b_line@derbyshire.gov.uk, or phone 08456 058 058.

My b_line card expires soon, what should I do?
Ask your school or college when your new card will arrive. Please don’t send in an application form unless you are told to, or if it expires during the school holidays.
I finish school soon and won’t be in full-time education, do I still qualify for a b_line card?
Sorry, you no longer qualify for a b_line card if you’re not in full-time education and must return your card to:
b_line, Derbyshire County Council
County Hall, Matlock DE4 3AG.
