Rules & conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all b_line competitions and prize draws, unless otherwise stated in a specific competition:
  • To enter a competition you must qualify for a b_line1 or b_line2 card. 
  • You must have your parent/guardian's permission to enter. 
  • One entry per cardholder. 
  • Travel to and from venues involved in prizes is NOT included unless otherwise specified. 
  • Entrants will usually be asked to provide the following details when entering competitions: name, school/college, email address and age. These details will be stored only for the purpose of the competition and will not be passed on to anyone. 
  • Winner(s) will be drawn at random from all the correctly submitted entries received by the competition closing date. For competitions that appear both on the website and in the b_line magazine, winner(s) will be drawn from all entries received from both. 
  • Winner(s) will be notified directly by the b_line team, usually via your school/college or by phone or email. 
  • The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  • Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. 
  • No cash alternative is available. 
  • b_line do not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. 
  • Derbyshire County Council does not endorse any product or business featured within any competition. 
  • Competitions are not open to direct family members of anyone involved with b_line. 
  • b_line reserves the right to alter or cancel a competition or competition prize at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
