Help I've lost my card
If you damage or lose your card there's a £5 charge every time you need to replace it. If you stay in full-time education and need a new card around your 17th birthday because it's expired, that's free.
My card's snapped!
Again, you'll have to get a new one and it'll cost £5.
The bus driver took my card off me - is this allowed?
Yes, drivers can take cards that are out of date or are badly damaged.
